Community Support will be crucial to the continued success of the participants as well as the Transitional Living Program itself.

 The following is a partial list of the supports that are available:
-Crisis Intervention or Emergency Mental Health Services are available at the Holy Mental Health Center. Mental health outpatient services are also available at Holy Spirit Mental Health Center and Diakon Youth Care

-Routine medical services - including admission physicals - are provided by the Pinnacle Family Health in Mechanicsburg

-EPSDT screenings are provided by Healthcare 24 at Holy Spirit Hospital

-Dental services are provided by area dentists

-Drug and alcohol outpatient counseling by Gaudenzia West Shore Clinic

-Community service volunteer projects

-Mentoring Program
